Born – May 29, 1968 in the village of Sos, Martouni region, Nagorno Karabakh

1985 – Finished secondary school of Sos and entered the Faculty of Stomatology of Baku Medical Institute

1965-1988 – Served in the Soviet Army

1988-1992 – Moved to and graduated from the Faculty of Stomatology of Yerevan Medical Institute

On graduation he returned to Artsakh and participated in the battles on defense of his native village

1992-1994 - Anesthesiologist in the Martakert regional military field hospital

December 1994 - Anesthesiologist in the NKR Republic Cancer Clinic and since 1995 started work in the NKR Republic hospital

1997-2007 – Part-time Anesthesiologist-resuscitator of Stepanakert republic maternity house

1998-2003 – Deputy Head of the resuscitation department of SCJSC "Republican Hospital" NKR

2003 – Studied at the Moscow Federal Research Center of Transplantation and Artificial Organs retrained for a nephrologist

2004 – Hemodialysis department was opened in the NKR Republic hospital with his direct participation

2007 – Appointed executive director of SCJSC "Republican Hospital" NKR

December 2011 – Appointed Deputy Executive Director of "National Medical Center" on therapeutic section

Since January 2014 – Anesthesiologist in the same hospital

May 23, 2010 – Elected deputy to the NKR National Assembly of the fifth convocation

May 3, 2015  – Elected deputy to the NKR National Assembly of the sixth convocation on the proportional list of the “Free Motherland” party

Chairman of the Chairman of the NKR NA Standing Committee on Social Affairs and Health

Member of the “Free Motherland” party

Married, with four children
