Born - March 21, 1958 in the village of Astkhashen, Nagorno Karabakh

1975 – Finished secondary school of the village of Badara, Askeran region

1975-1976 – Worked at Stepanakert Sewing factory

1975-1978 – Worked at Stepanakert Wine factory as a worker

1978-1982 - Studied at the Faculty of History of Stepanakert Pedagogic Institute and got the qualification of a teacher of History

1982 – Started work at secondary school in the village of Badara as a teacher of History and Geography

1983 – Appointed deputy Head Teacher on extra-curricular activities

1996 - The Head teacher of the school

2006 – Moved to Stepanakert and was appointed editor-in-chief of the newspaper “Aparage”

2006-2008 – Concurrently taught Law in Astkhashen secondary school, worked as a teacher of history in Stepanakert school number 6, as well as a teacher of political science and philosophy at the Stepanakert branch of Yerevan University of Management

2009-2015 – Began working in the NKR Center for evaluation and testing as a specialist in the development of exam papers and methodological support

2010-2013 - Concurrently taught Armenian History and Armenian history and social studies in Stepanakert secondary school number 11

May 3 2015 parliamentary elections elected deputy NA NKR of the sixth convocation on proportional list of the ARF “Dashnaktsutyun”
