1997 - Finished the secondary school in Stepanakert

1997- 2004 - Studied and graduated from the History and Foreign Relations Faculty of “Mesrop Mashtots” university

2004 - 2006 - Studied at the Law Faculty of the same university simultaneously leading the Students Board of the institute

1998 - 2000 - Served in the NKR Defense Army as an artillery intelligence officer

Since 2004 - volunteer co-coordinator of the work of the Artsakh branch of the international organization of Young Men's Christian Association (YMCA), organizing various youth activities (workshops, round tables, summer camps, international festivals) in the Republic

Since 2008 – Board member of the NKR public organizations

Since September 2010 - Adviser of the international organization Crisis Management Initiative (CMI) and coordinator of civil programs on Karabakh conflict resolution

2000 to 2010 - Represented public sector of Artsakh in several foreign countries - Russia, Britain, France, Germany, Italy, Austria, Latvia, Georgia, Nepal, Turkey, the United Arab Emirates, Ireland, Czech Republic, Ukraine, Belgium, the Netherlands, Hungary and others

Since 2010 - Director of Artsakh branch of the organization "Union of Armenians of Russia"

Since 2005 - Member of the Democratic Party of Artsakh

May 3, 2015 - Elected deputy to the NKR National Assembly by majoritarian system, electoral district No1

Member of the parliamentary faction “Democracy”

2016–2020 - Deputy Chair of the NKR NA Standing Committee on Foreign Relations

In the March 31, 2020 parliamentary elections was elected a deputy of the National Assembly of the 7th convocation by the proportional list of the «Democratic Party of Artsakh» party

Married, has one son
