Born June 11, 1971 in the village of Chanakhchi (Avetaranots), Askeran region

1978-1988 - Studied in the Chanakhchi secondary school

1988 - Entered the Faculty of Engineering of Yerevan Polytechnic Institute (YPI), simultaneously studied and graduated from the faculty of social professions YPI, specialized as a lawyer

1995 - Transferred and continued his studies at the Faculty of Agricultural Mechanization of Artsakh State University, which he graduated from as a mechanical engineer

1993 - 1995 - Served in the NKR Defense Army

August 1995 - May 1998 - An investigator, then - an investigator on particularly important cases in the military prosecutor's office of the NKR. Later was transferred and till August 1998 worked as a senior investigator at the military prosecutor’s office of Askeran garrison of RA

July 24, 1998 - Started work as a senior investigator to the NKR Main Tax Department

January- September 1999 - Occupied the post of the senior officer of the criminal investigation department of the Main Tax Department of NKR as a senior lieutenant of the tax department

September 1999 - January 2000 - Head of the operation law department of the NKR Main tax department with the rank of tax service captain

January - February 2000 - Chief of department of operational investigation of the NKR State Tax Office with the rank of a Tax Service lieutenant colonel

2000-2005 - Studied and graduated from the Law faculty of Stepanakert University after “Grigor Narekatsi”

2004-2007 - Chief of the department of the operational investigation of the NKR Government tax service Office with the rank of the Tax Service colonel

2007-2009 - Executive assistant to the Head of NKR police

2008-2009 - Senior Executive Prosecutor General of NKR with the rank of 2 class justice adviser

2009-2015 - Senior prosecutor on special assignments of the NKR General Prosecutor's Office, status - Counselor of Justice First Class

May 3, 2015 - Elected deputy to the NKR NA of the sixth convocation by the proportional list of the “Free Motherland” party

Member of the “Free Motherland” party

Member of the parliamentary faction “Motherland”

Member of the NKR NA Standing Committee on State and Legal Affairs

Awarded with the Jubilee medal "Yerkrapah Volunteers‘ Union of  20 years old"
