Born - July 24, 1973 in the village of Karin Tak, Shoushi region

1980 - Started in the secondary school of the village, then from the 8th form continued study in Yerevan Khrimyan Hairik Armenology orientated school No 10

1996 - Graduated from the Faculty of History of Yerevan State University. Served in the 52nd battalion of Shoushi Defense region of the Army of Nagorno Karabakh, as part of which participated in a number of military operations

1997-2000 - Postgraduate student of the State University

1999 - Started work in the Faculty of History of the ArSU as a lecturer and later as a senior lecturer

June 17, 2013 - Appointed Deputy Minister of Culture and Youth of NKR

May 3, 2015 - Elected deputy to the NKR National Assembly of the sixth convocation by majority system from the electoral district No10 (from ARFD)

Deputy Chairman of the NKR NA Standing Committee on Defense, Security and Law Enforcement
