Born - September 12, 1984 in the village of Khashtarak, Ijevan region, Armenia

1991-2000 - Attended and finished secondary school No1 in the city of Ijevan

2001 - Entered the Department of International Relations of the Faculty of International Relations of Yerevan State University

2004-2006 - Served in the Armed Forces of Armenia

2007 - Got the bachelor degree

2009 - Graduated from the Master's School of International Relations of Yerevan State University. One year passed through specialization on Political Science at the Yerevan "Caucasus Institute."One year passed through specialization on Political Science at the University of Strasbourg (France) under the European Research

2009-2010 – Lecturer of political science disciplines s at Artsakh State University

Since 2010 – Chairman of the NGO "European Movement of Artsakh"

2011-2014 - Columnist in the fund of "Civilitas". Conducted columns in mediamax.am and civilnet.am publications

During the presidential election of 2012 was responsible for public relations in the pre-election headquarters of Vitaly Balasanyan, the NKR presidential candidate

Since 2013 – Chairman of the party “National Renaissance"

May 3, 2015 - Elected deputy to the NKR National Assembly from the proportional list of the party "National Renaissance"

Head of the parliament faction ”Renaissance”

Member of the NA Standing Committee on Budget, Financial and Economic Management

Married,  with one son.
