September 18, guided by Article 138, Part 2, Clause 2 of the Law of the Republic of Artsakh on the "Regulations of the National Assembly", the President of the National Assembly Davit Ishkhanyan signed a protocol on the termination of the parliamentary powers of Artur I. Harutyunyan, the leader of the "Free Motherland-UCA" faction, Chairman of the Standing Committee on Budget, Financial, and Economic Management.

The protocol was sent to the Central Electoral Commission of the Republic of Artsakh.

The resignation is considered accepted from the moment of protocol publication.

Earlier, on September 11, the NA President David Ishkhanyan announced the resignation of Arthur I. Harutyunyan.
