My colleague presented the candidate's biography.

I'll just add a sentence or two.

We also met with Mr. Shahramanian. We share his vision of free and independent living in our country and we believe that the candidate for the President of the Republic should have a number of qualities - the ability to make a decision, honesty, decency, the ability to consolidate and, of course, rich experience in the public administration system. Our faction will vote for the candidacy of Samvel Shakhramanyan, nominated for the post of president of the Republic of Artsakh, and I urge my colleagues to do the same.
