At the special sitting of the Artsakh Republic NA, the parliament made the following decision on the election of the President of the Republic.

"Guided by Article 168.1 of the Constitution of the Republic of Artsakh and Article 149.1 of the Law "Regulations of the National Assembly", the National Assembly of the Republic of Artsakh has decided:

To elect Samvel Sergey Shahramanyan as the President of the Republic of Artsakh".
