Dear schoolchildren and students,
Dear teachers, supporters of education and science,
I congratulate you on the Day of Knowledge and Education!
In these difficult days the first bell rang again in the educational institutions of Artsakh.
For the third academic year, Artsakh celebrates the Day of Knowledge and Education in the midst of numerous challenges.
It is you who are in the forefront of the struggle for fundamental human rights, in particular, the right to education.
Each representative of the Artsakh people, from a pupil to an honored teacher and lecturer is devoted to the struggle for the right to have a free and independent Motherland․
Each moment of the present struggle is an open lesson for all of us, a lesson of life, a lesson of ideas, of how to live with dignity and not to bow before everyday difficulties in the name of an idea.
Under the blockade of Artsakh, I urge you to be responsible, increase efforts aimed at overcoming difficulties and solving problems in the name of the future of Artsakh, for the well-being and safe life of each of us.
Through our struggle, we teach and learn the message of the first sentence of the Mesropean alphabet...”to know the wisdom and instruction, to understand the words of insight”
