August 17, the Head of the National Assembly Davit Ishkhanyan met with the State Minister of the Republic of Artsakh, Gurgen Nersisyan.

The State Minister presented the socio-economic problems that have arisen in the republic and the work carried out by the government to mitigate them.

Issues related to food security and the degree of sufficiency of state reserve funds and capabilities were also discussed.
