August 17, the NA President of the Republic of Artsakh David Ishkhanyan received Secretary of the Security Council of the Republic of Artsakh Samvel Shahramanyan.

The parties discussed the problems existing in the republic, including issues related to the security situation.

During the discussions, a reference to the omissions in organizational work, as well as the short-sighted actions of some extra-parliamentary forces that are detrimental to state security was made.
