Dear compatriots,

I take political responsibility to resign from the post of the National Assembly President by my personal decision, but I will always remain loyal to the idea adopted in the 1991 Referendum.

I will serve the Republic of Armenia and its people, the Republic of Artsakh and its people until my last breath.
