July 20, the Standing Committee on Foreign Relations of the Artsakh Republic National Assembly convened a sitting. It was chaired by the Chairman of the committee, Vahram Balayan.

The acceptance of the National Assembly message was the issue of discussion. With the positive conclusion of the committee, the issue will be submitted for discussion at the forthcoming extraordinary session of the National Assembly.
