May 22, the report on the implementation of the 2022 state budget was presented at the joint sitting of the NA Standing Committees of the Republic of Artsakh.

NA President, Artur Tovmasyan, State Minister Gurgen Nersisyan, government members were present at the sitting.

Referring to the socio-economic indicators of the republic, noted that thanks to the targeted measures implemented by the government of the Republic of Artsakh, the economy has almost been restored, however, on December 3, 2022, and then on December 12, Azerbaijan blocked the only road connecting the Republic of Artsakh to the outside world, negatively affected the 2022 results, leading to a decrease in the economic growth rates recorded in January-November.

In 2022, the gross domestic product (GDP) amounted to 288.8 billion AMD, growing by 12.2 percent under the conditions of a 3.2 percent deflator.

Growth was recorded in almost all branches of the economy.

In 2022, the volume of industrial production output increased by 36.9 percent compared to the previous year and amounted to 104.5 billion AMD.

In 2022, the gross output of agriculture amounted to 41.2 billion AMD, increasing by 24.9 percent.

In the reporting year, the volume of capital construction in the republic was 63.6 billion AMD, which decreased by 14.6 percent compared to the previous year.

The volume of trade turnover in 2022 was 121.4 billion AMD, increasing by 43.2 percent compared to 2021, the volume of services provided to the population was 79.9 billion AMD, increasing by 3.5 percent compared to 2021.

The volume of foreign trade turnover of the Republic of Artsakh in 2022 amounted to 832.0 million US dollars, exceeding the pre-war indicator by 26.8 percent.

The average monthly nominal salary in 2022 was AMD 259,617.0.

According to the state budget 2022, against the planned 47 billion 331.0 million drams of own revenues, the actual receipts amounted to 47 billion 914.1 million drams or the programmed indicator was fulfilled by 101.2 percent, against the planned tax revenues of 46 billion 543.8 million drams and state duties, 46 billion 765.1 million were entered into the state budget. drams or the planned indicator was fulfilled by 100.5 percent. The "Taxes/GDP" ratio was 16.2 percent.

The amount of budget loan received from RA in 2022 was 176.0 billion drams.
