Today, April 21, Artsakh Parliament "Free Motherland - UCA" faction members met with the State Minister of Artsakh, Gurgen Nersisyan.

The situation in the republic and various issues caused by the blockade were discussed.

The State Minister spoke about existing and new social assistance programs, referred to the problems of the coupon system, the purchase and sale of fuel and food products as well as humanitarian cargo transportation.

Gurgen Nersisyan noted, that the government of the Republic of Artsakh is somewhat easing social tensions with the help of a number of support programs. However the problem remains acute for the vulnerable groups. In this regard, the development of new social programs was proposed.
