March 20, a sitting of the Standing Committee on Production and Manufacturing Infrastructures of the Artsakh NA was convened.

Armine Mirzoyan, Acting Chairman of the State Cadastre and State Property Management Committee, presented the draft law “On Real Estate Appraisal Activities".

With the adoption of the project it is expected to expand the scope of the law and the scope of mandatory assessment cases, define certain requirements for the organization authorized to carry out assessment activities, new criteria of the qualification certificates validity termination.

The bill was approved by the Head Committee.

Presented by the President of the Republic of Artsakh as a legislative initiative the draft law "On Amendments to the Law on Energy" is aimed at the sustainable development of the energy sector. It was presented to the Committee by the Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructures Suren Galstyan.

As a result of the adoption of the project, autonomous energy producers using solar energy will be given an opportunity build a solar installation to meet their own needs without a license

With the adoption of the project on using solar energy, the period of construction of solar installations and production of electric energy by autonomous energy producers will be extended until December 31, 2025, thereby ensuring the encouragement of investments in the field of solar energy.

Vladimir Kasyan, Chairman of the Standing Committee on Production and Manufacturing Infrastructures of the Artsakh National Assembly, presented the proposals of the NA expert service, which are accepted by the project author. According to them the amended version of the project will be presented in the first reading at the regular sitting of the parliament.
