February 20, an extraordinary session of the National Assembly of Artsakh Republic was convened.

The Statement of the National Assembly of the Artsakh Republic, presented at the initiative of the deputies of the National Assembly, "Regarding the 35th anniversary of the Karabakh movement, the national liberation struggle of the Artsakh Armenians", was the issue of the agenda.

Before proceeding to the issue of the agenda, the NA President, Artur Tovmasyan, presented the congratulatory message dedicated to the 35th anniversary of the movement.

Deputy Artur Harutyunyan presented the text of the Statement “On the 35th Anniversary of the Karabakh Movement, the National Liberation Struggle of Artsakh Armenians".

It was approved by the Head Committee.

Vahram Balayan, the Chairman of the Standing Committee on Foreign Relations, took part in the exchange of views.

The Statement was adopted unanimously.
