February 20, NA President, Artur Tovmasyan, headed by the President of the Republic of Artsakh, Arayik Harutyunyan, visited the Stepanakert memorial complex and took part in the wreath-laying ceremony.

Chairman of the State Commission for organizing and coordinating the celebration of the 35th anniversary of the Karabakh movement, the National Liberation Struggle of Artsakh Armenians, Chairman of the National Assembly A. Tovmasyan and President of the Republic of Armenia Arayik Harutyunyan honored the memory of the Armenians who died during the Artsakh National Liberation Movement.

State Minister of the Republic of Artsakh, Ruben Vardanyan, MPs, statesmen also participated at the memorial complex.
