February 17, the Republic of Artsakh National Assembly, Artur Tovmasyan, called a working meeting.

The Head of the National Assembly announced at the meeting that in accordance with Articles 114 of the Constitution of the Republic of Artsakh and 40 of the "Regulations of the National Assembly" law, an extraordinary sitting of the National Assembly of the Republic of Artsakh will be convened on February 20, 2023 at 11:00, at the initiative of the National Assembly deputies, with the following agenda set by the initiator:

"Statement of the Republic of Artsakh National Assembly regarding the 35th anniversary of the Karabakh movement, the national liberation struggle of the Artsakh Armenians"
