Artur Tovmasyan, President of the Republic of Artsakh NA, received a petition from a group of mothers and widows of Armenians who died in the First Artsakh War.

The applicants require observing the relatives of the dead Armenians in the Artsakh 1st and 44-day wars having the same status.

With the petition it is expected to review the unfair decisions made on the above-mentioned issue.
