December 13, a sitting of the Republic of Artsakh NA Standing Committee on State and Legal Affairs was convened.

The package of draft laws "On the State Control Service of the Republic of Artsakh" and "On Amendments to the Law “On Public Service”" presented by the President of the Republic of Artsakh as a legislative initiative was discussed /second reading/.

With a package of projects it was offered to define the powers of the service and the procedure for the exercise of powers, functions, powers of the head of service, remuneration of employees and other social guarantees, special rules of conduct.

After the first reading, within the prescribed period, there were no proposals for the bill.

With a positive conclusion of the NA Standing Committee on State and Legal Affairs, the package of drafts will be submitted for discussion at the forthcoming sitting of the Parliament.
