Today, December 7, Artur Tovmasyan, the President of the Republic of Artsakh National Assembly, visited the Stepanakert city memorial and to pay tribute to the innocent victims of the 1988 Spitak earthquake. Then the Head of the National Assembly laid flowers in the military pantheon in memory of heroes martyred in 3 Artsakh wars.

The head of parliament was accompanied by the NA Vice-President Gagik Baghunts, faction leaders and deputies.
