Civilians affected by the provocative actions of Azerbaijan after January 1, 2014, will receive financial support.

The Parliament has passed a law “On Making Additions to the Law "On Military Service and Status of Servicemen”".

One-time financial support as well as the right to receive monthly financial assistance to the families of deceased among civilians, missing persons and disabled persons is approved by law.
