November 2, a working consultation was convened under the chairmanship of the NA vice-President, Gagik Baghunts.

Issues related to the agenda of the regular NA sitting were discussed at the consultation.

The agenda included 2 issues.

The first was the issue of presenting in the second reading the draft amendments to the Constitution of the Republic of Artsakh, which was adopted in the first reading at the regular session of the parliament on October 27.

The next issue was the statements of the deputies.

At the end of the consultation, Vice-President of the National Assembly, Gagik Baghunts, announced that the regular sitting of the National Assembly will be held on November 3 at 5:00 p.m.
