November 2, a meeting of the Standing Committee of the State and Legal Affairs was convened. It was conducted by Sevak Aghajnyan, the Chairman of the Committee.

The deadline of the written proposals was set by 17:00, November 1.

The keynote speaker, the Chairman of the Professional Committee on Constitutional Reforms under the President of the Republic of Armenia, Arayik Lazaryan, Head of the Government Affairs Department of the Office of the President of the Republic of Artsakh, informed that there were no recommendations on the project.

Sevak Aghajanyan, Chairman of the NA Standing Committee on State and Legal Affairs, announced that with the positive conclusion of the committee, the draft will be discussed in the second reading at the forthcoming regular sitting.
