We were deeply saddened to hear the news that on October 30, 2022, at the age of 75, after a long illness, an active public and political figure, deputy of the NKR Supreme Council of the 1st, 3rd and 4th convocations Maxim Mikayelovich Mirzoyan passed away.

The working biography of Maxim Mirzoyan was rich and eventful; everywhere he was devoted to his work.

He was one of the activists of the Artsakh movement and played a major role, standing at the beginning.

In 1988 was elected a member of the board of directors of "Krunk" committee, 1989. - member of the Artsakh National Council.

He had a great reputation as a patriotic, honest and kind person, endowed with the noblest human traits.

On behalf of the National Assembly of the Republic of Artsakh and on my own behalf, I offer my deepest condolences to the family, relatives and friends of Maxim Mirzoyan and share the heavy grief of loss.
