Hrayr Pashayan, PhD in politics, associate professor, presented a petition to Artur Tovmasyan, the Republic of Artsakh NA President. The petition expects the President of the National Assembly to use the opportunities, as head of the legislature, to establish by law the teaching of the subject "Karabakh conflict" to the political science, law, history, journalism, Caucasus studies students at the universities.

The petition was sent to the Chairmen of the Standing Committees on Science, Education, Culture, Youth and Sports and Foreign Relations in order to process the above issue.
