Dear schoolchildren and students,

Dear teachers, representatives of the sphere of education and science,

I send my warmest congratulations to all of you on the day of knowledge, writing and schooling.

Today, the first bell is ringing again in the educational centers of Artsakh, which are overcoming the most difficult times, thus testifying to the unwavering will of the Artsakh citizen to save the Motherland. It is the children's community that is our pillar and faith in the future.

It is my greatest desire and wish, that the academic year that has started is not interrupted suddenly, that all mornings start peacefully and that the only thing that worries you is the daily routine.

With special love, I congratulate all the first-graders and the freshmen entering a new phase of life.

May your steps be clear and may the chosen path be straight.
