Avetik Chalabyan, a great friend of the Artsakh Republic, a loyal and devoted colleague, was arrested on May 14, 2022.

For many years, co-founder of "ARAR" Foundation, public figure Avetik Chalabyan has been implementing in the Artsakh Republic a number of significant programs aimed at the development of our army, the improvement of the security system, the solution of economic problems, etc.

Avetik Chalabyan's contribution to the projects serving the preservation of national spiritual and cultural values is invaluable. Avetik Chalabyan's patriotic activities, exceptional human values and qualities deserve high appreciation.

I express my support to Avetik Chalabyan and urge law enforcement agencies to reverse the arrest warrant and conduct a fair investigation.
