A petition from the Head of the Hadrut Community was submitted to the Artsakh Republic NA President, Artur Tovmasyan.

From July 1, 2022 the process of idle time payments of about 957 employees from Hadrut region will be stopped by the decision of the Republic of Artsakh Government N435 Ն, 21-04-2020.

The petition expects the mediation of the head of the parliament in issuance of the idle time payment until the end of the current calendar year or providing the latter with housing.

The head of the parliament expressed his position on the issue presented in the petition at the regular sitting held on April 28. Arthur Tovmasyan emphasized that the SNCOs should be liquidated only after providing the employees with jobs.
