A petition on behalf of a group of the 9th grade students’ parents of Stepanakert secondary schools was presented to the Artsakh Republic NA President, Artur Tovmasyan.

The petition counts on the mediation and assistance of the Head of Parliament to review the 9th grade final exams instruction of the Republic of Artsakh Ministry of Education and Science.
