March 25, the NA Standing Committee on State and Legal Affairs convened a regular sitting, which was chaired by Sevak  Aghajanyan.

Discussion of the draft law «On Making Amendments to the Law “On Compulsory Enforcement"» was put on the agenda.

Тhe draft law proposed in the “On Compulsory Enforcement", also defines the social assistance provided by the Republic of Artsakh, as a sum of money, the confiscation of which is not allowed.

According to the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Artsakh, Zhirayr Mirzoya, the adoption of the draft law will ensure non-confiscation of social assistance provided to individuals.

The author gave clarifications on the proposals and questions on the project raised by the deputies.

The project will be presented with a positive conclusion for the discussion at the upcoming regular sitting of the National Assembly
