March 16, the Head of the Artsakh Republic NA, Artur Tovmasyan, met with the 4th year students of the "Jurisprudence" of the Faculty of History and Law of the ArSU, who are undergoing training in the Parliament of the Artsakh Republic.

Welcoming the students, the NA President presented the activity of the Artsakh parliaments starting from the formation of the Supreme Council until the National Assembly of the 7th convocation.

Then the Head of the Parliament spoke on the need for constitutional changes in Artsakh, referred to the situation in Artsakh, foreign policy and negotiation processes, the anti-humanitarian and anti - Armenian policy pursued by Azerbaijan.

At the end of the meeting the NA President gave clarifications to the questions asked by the students.
