"FREE MOTHERLAND - UCA" AND "UNITED MOTHERLAND" FACTIONS'

STATEMENT

The Republic of Artsakh National Assembly, represented by the "Free Motherland-UCA" and "United Motherland" factions of the Artsakh Parliament, welcomes the recognition of the Donbas twin republics by the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin.

Every nation, which has exercised his right to self-determination in accordance with international law, has civilized and developed its statehood, but faces security and serious survival threats, deserves recognition.

The Republic of Artsakh has all the necessary grounds in this regard․ In the process of building its independent statehood, going through many difficulties, trials and disasters, it has maintained its will and determination to gain international recognition.

The Artsakh Parliament factions "Free Motherland-UCA" and "United Motherland" congratulate the deputies of Donetsk, Lugansk People's Republics, the whole society on this important event, wish peace and all the best.
