Artsakh NA President, Artur Tovmasyan, Congratulated the Donbas Twin Republics on the Their Declaration of Independence

The NA President Artur Tovmasyan welcomes the decision of the Russian President Vladimir Putin on the recognition of the independence of Donetsk and Lugansk People's Republics.

We believe that such recognition of the DPR and LPR will be the protection of the people from security threats, the provision of security guarantees, the strengthening of international peace and regional stability.

Congratulations to the people of Donbas on the occasion of the legal-political recognition of the self-determination of the two republics.
