February 17, the NA Standing Committee on State and Legal Affairs convened a sitting chaired by the Chairman of the Committee, Sevak Aghajanyan.

The agenda included the issue of discussing the package of draft laws "On Occupied Territories of the Artsakh Republic" and "On Making Addendum to the Civil Code" (second reading).

The Chairman of the Committee informed that no written proposals have been submitted by the Government of the Republic of Artsakh. The final version of the package was presented by MP Arthur Harutyunyan.

Based on the voting results, the draft will be submitted for discussion in the second reading with a positive conclusion at the extraordinary sitting of the National Assembly tol be held on February 18.
