Today, February 13, the members of the State Commission for Organizing Events Dedicated to the 34th Anniversary of the Artsakh National Liberation Struggle, headed by the Head of the Commission Artur Tovmasyan, visited the Stepanakert memorial and laid a wreath at the memorial to the heroes who died in the Artsakh and Patriotic wars.

Then the members of the commission paid tribute to the Armenians who gave their lives in the 3rd Artsakh war, by laying flowers on their graves near the city memorial.

Armen Rustamyan, MP of the "Hayastan" faction of the RA Parliament who was in Artsakh, the Chairman of the ARF Bureau and Anahit Hakobyan, the newly appointed Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Artsakh also joined the official ceremony.

The ceremony was accompanied by the Army chief staff members.
