February 11, a working consultation was convened under the chairmanship of the NA President Artur Tovmasyan, attended by the NA Vice-President, G. Baghunts, the heads of the factions, the staff officials, the Chief of Staff of the Republic of Artsakh President's Office, Karen Shahramanyan and the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs F. Khachatryan.

The issue of forming a state commission for organizing events dedicated to the 34th anniversary of the Karabakh-Armenian national liberation struggle was discussed at the meeting.

As a result of the discussions, the commission has been formed with the following members:
