We are saddened to learn of the untimely death of Mkhitar Sargsyan, the head of the Berdashen community in the Martuni region of the Artsakh Republic.

As a young, promising leader, Mkhitar Sargsyan enjoyed the love and respect of his fellow villagers.

On behalf of myself, the members of the Artsakh Parliament, I extend my deepest condolences and express our support to Mkhitar Sargsyan's family, relatives and fellow villagers.

His memory will always be bright in the hearts of those who know him.
