It was with great sadness that we learned about the prematurely passing away of the famous composer of the Republic of Armenia, talented musician Artur Grigoryan.

With his death, Armenian culture and music suffered a great loss.

His merit and contribution to the development of Armenian music is undeniable and invaluable.

The composer with Artsakh roots has always been close to Artsakh, lived and breathed Artsakh, expressing his pain and sorrow in his songs.

Among the songs written by him, the songs dedicated to Artsakh are masterpieces.

On behalf of the Artsakh Parliament deputies and on my own behalf we extend our deepest condolences and support to the family, relatives and fans of Artur Grigoryan and share the grief of the loss.

History of Armenian culture and music will write his name in letters of gold in the pages.
