Today, on December 10, on the occasion of the Republic of Artsakh Independence Referendum, Basic Human Rights and Constitution Day, the NA President Artur Tovmasyan, together with the deputies of the National Assembly, the Republic of Artsakh Secretary of the Security Council and members of the Government, visited the city memorial of Stepanakert, paid tribute to the memory and laid a wreath at the memorial to the heroes who died for the defense of the Motherland.

The governmental delegation headed by the President of the National Assembly, laid flowers at the graves of Armenians who died in the 3 Artsakh wars, in the military pantheon.

The Head of the Parliament sent a message on the day, and the NA factions issued a statement.
