November 9, 2021, at 11:00 a.m., in accordance with Part 2 of Article 114 of the Republic of Artsakh Constitution and Part 1 of Article 37 of the law on the «Rules of Procedure of the National Assembly», on the initiative of the National Assembly deputies, an extraordinary sitting of the Artsakh Republic NA will be convened with the following agenda defined by the initiators:

1. Republic of Artsakh National Assembly Statement «On the Inalienable Right of the People of Artsakh to Live Free and Independent» (keynote speaker: A. Tovmasyan).
