The proposed additions and amendments to the draft law "On Amendments to the “Civil Protection Law"” are connected with the structural changes conditioned by the establishment of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
The draft law "On Amendments to the Criminal Code" is aimed at neutralizing the contradictions of the Criminal Code.
The draft law "On Amendments to the Law on Weapons" proposes to reserve the right to award weapons with the Minister of Internal Affairs.
With the proposed amendment to the “Law on Service in National Security Bodies”, a number of provisions of the current law are removed.
The bill "On Amendments to the Law on National Security Bodies" specifies the grounds for carrying and using weapons by the system officers.
The package of projects "On Amendments to the Law on Ensuring Road Safety" proposes to remove the requirement for a technical passport, the requirement to store technical data of vehicles in an electronic database.
The drafts have been discussed by the deputies. With the positive conclusion of the Standing Committee on Defense, Security and Law Enforcement of the National Assembly, they will be presented for discussion at the forthcoming plenary sitting.
