August 6 at 11:00 a.m., pursuant to Article 114, Part 2 of the Constitution of the Artsakh Republic and Article 40, Part 1 of the Law on the "Rules of Procedure of the National Assembly", an extraordinary session of the Artsakh Republic National Assembly will be convened on the initiative of the President of the Artsakh Republic, with the following agenda set by the initiator.
