August 3, the Permanent Representative of Artsakh to Russia Albert Andryan accompanied by Masis Mailyan, Ambassador-at-large of the Republic of Artsakh President was hosted in the Artsakh parliament.

Welcoming Albert Andryan, Artur Tovmasyan highly assessed the active contacts with Russian politicians in the 90s and highlighted the importance of their restoration and deepening.

The Head of the Parliament presented the activity of the political forces of Artsakh during the 2020 44-day war, referred to the post-war discussion and adoption of draft laws of the time, programs designed to support life.

Albert Andryan thanked for the reception and discussed future plans.

The Chair of the NA Standing Committee on Foreign Relations Vahram Balayan was present at the meeting.
