June 4, the Republic of Artsakh National Assembly President made a statement on the early termination of the powers of the Chairman of the Republic of Artsakh Audit Chamber, Vahram Baghdasaryan and declared invalidity of the Protocol 4, which reads:

«1. Based on the decision of the Republic of Artsakh Supreme Court, GDO-23 of May 31, 2021, officially received on June 3, 2021 and Part 3 of Article 129 of the Law on the "Rules of Procedure of the National Assembly", the powers of the Chairman of the Audit Chamber Vahram Baghdasaryan consider terminated since May 31, 2021, 17:00 o'clock.

 

2. Invalidate the Protocol No. 4 of 01.06.2021.»
