Today, April 24, the Head of the Artsakh Republic National Assembly Artur Tovmasyan accompanied by the spiritual leader of Artsakh, members of the Government and the NA staff took part in the commemorative march dedicated to the 106th anniversary of the Armenian Genocide. At the Stepanakert Memorial Complex they paid tribute to the eternal memory of the Armenian Genocide victims and the fallen heroes of the 3 wars in Artsakh.

In the previous evening, the staff of the parliament headed by Artur Tovmasyan took part in the annual torchlight procession on Armenian Genocide 106th anniversary on the initiative of the Artsakh Youth of the Armenian Revolutionary Federation and "Aram Manukyan" Students’ Union which started from the Stepanakert St. Hakob Church.
