2008-2013 – Head of Information Analytical Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs
2013 - Head of the Department of Bilateral Political Relations
In the March 31, 2020 parliamentary elections was elected deputy to the Republic of Artsakh National Assembly of the 7th convocation by the proportional list of the «United Motherland» party
Has the diplomatic rank of First Secretary, First Class, the title of Honored Journalist of Artsakh, author of six collections of stories.
