Born on April 1, 1946 in the city of Stepanakert

1966 - Entered the Yerevan State University «Armenian Language and Literature» department of the Faculty of Philology. From the fourth course moved to Stepanakert Pedagogical Institute, which graduated in 1975, obtaining the qualification of a teacher of Armenian language and literature

2008-2013 – Head of Information Analytical Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs

2013 - Head of the Department of Bilateral Political Relations

In the March 31, 2020 parliamentary elections was elected deputy to the Republic of Artsakh National Assembly of the 7th convocation by the proportional list of the «United Motherland» party

Has the diplomatic rank of First Secretary, First Class, the title of Honored Journalist of Artsakh, author of six collections of stories.

Awarded the RA Ministry of Defense medal «For Impeccable Service», «Motherly Gratitude», «Mkhitar Gosh» medals

Married, has three children․
