1988 - Appointed editor-in-chief of the newly opened Artsakh TV

1990 - Head of the Press Center of the Regional Council of Trade Unions. Chief Specialist of the RA State Committee for Special Programs Humanitarian Sphere then the coordinator

1996 – Worked in the media and press department of the government then in the privatization department

1997-1998 – Assistant to the Prime Minister

June 1988 - Joined the Defense Army as the editor-in-chief of the «Martik» newspaper

2008-2013 – Head of Information Analytical Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs

2013 - Head of the Department of Bilateral Political Relations

In the March 31, 2020 parliamentary elections was elected deputy to the Republic of Artsakh National Assembly of the 7th convocation by the proportional list of the «United Motherland» party

Has the diplomatic rank of First Secretary, First Class, the title of Honored Journalist of Artsakh, author of six collections of stories.

Awarded the RA Ministry of Defense medal «For Impeccable Service», «Motherly Gratitude», «Mkhitar Gosh» medals

Married, has three children․
