Born on August 21, 1972 in the city of Stepanakert

1989 – Finished the secondary school No1 in Stepanakert

1989 – Entered the Law Faculty of the Yerevan State University

1990 - Enlisted in Artsakh self-defense struggle, entering the Etchmiadzin Yerkrapah volunteers’ detachment

1994 - Graduated from the university with a profession of a lawyer

1994-1998 - Continued service in the same military unit, participated as a lawyer in army building, Defense Army formation

1998 - Demobilized from the NKR Defense Army

On June 18, 2000 was elected a deputy of the NKR National Assembly of the 3rd convocation from Stepanakert constituency No 9, Deputy Chair of the NA Standing Committee on State and Legal Affairs

Since 1998 - Member of the Board of YVU of the Republic of Armenia

2007 - Appointed Chair of the Sports Committee under the Government

2008 – Assistant to the Chief of Staff of the NKR President’s Office

2016 - Elected President of the Artsakh Karate Do Federation. Masters in Eastern martial arts, possesses Shotokan Karate-do martial arts zone 4th dan black belt

In the March 31, 2020 parliamentary elections was elected a deputy of the Republic of Artsakh National Assembly of the 7th convocation by the proportional list of the «Free Motherland-UCA» bloc of parties

Married, has three children
